Returns

You are welcome to return your purchase for exchange or a full refund within 28 days of your purchase arriving as long as the item is in new unused condition and can be resold as new. Drop us a line and we will advise the best address and process.

Special Orders

We stock of many rods and reels here for immediate dispatch. ECHO has many specialised rods that we get occasional demand for, so for these rods and for rods we have sold out of the site will default to allow you to place a special order for them. The Add to Cart button will advise if the rod is a special order. We aim to turn these around within 2 weeks, but my occasionally take longer.
